Refund / Payment Policy

Refunds/Classes-Camps

Once a session begins there are absolutely no REFUNDS on classes for any reason. If a class is dropped after the session has begun,  credit towards future use  will be issued and retained on your family account at NGC for a term of 60 months..

Annual registration/anniversary fees are NON refundable and non negotiable in any circumstance. They cover your students insurance and membership on a 12 month basis, are due the session before they expire and provide you member status/rates for events and open gym.

A written 30 day notice MUST be given to head coaches and Owner Keith Carter to discontinue automatic billing for any Team/Monthly fee scheduled program or to DROP from said programs without penalty.

Any purchase made in the pro shop is exchangeable/returnable with receipt/proof of purchase within 15 days for a full refund, providing the product is in like new condition with original packaging and tags in tact. Refund will be issued in the manner of initial payment.

*In some circumstances, cash and check refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

 

Refunds/Pro Shop

  • After 15 days of purchase, exchange or credit towards future use at NGC will be given. NO refunds will be provided after 15 days of purchase- exchange only. Undergarments/liner leotards are not eligible for return or exchange. (Leotards ARE eligible.)

  • Special Order items are NOT eligible for refunds- items from “other” sources than NGC must be approved by source of purchase.

  • Full class credit will be given for medical issues only. Physician or ER report must state that the student is not able to participate and also state a release date to return. This information must be submitted at the time of the injury or as close to date as possible. Please notify our office of any restrictions your student has upon returning or notify your students instructor directly.

Makeup policy

In most sessions only one makeup is allowed, however during sessions over holidays/seasonal events or if inclement weather there may be additional make up classes allowed. (for example: Halloween) Must call to schedule & attend during the session in which the class is missed with exception of missing the last class of the session. Medical Credit or extra makeups may be issued with physicians note upon approval of management.  All make-ups must be scheduled in advance through our front office. IF you can not find a class to fit your schedule, make ups may be “scheduled” for open gym.

When you begin a class session, camp or other “service” at NGC you are agreeing to the following:

I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.

I hereby authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge my ACH draft, or credit card account. I understand that a 30 day written notice is required to terminate billing and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility in writing to drop my student from class(es).

Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.
