Ninja Warrior
Mini Ninja’s for kids 3-5 yrs old & Lil’ Ninja’s 1 & 2 for kids age 4-6!
Classes encompass MANY aspects of physical fitness needed to learn to flip and twist with agility and ease! Upper body and core work is trained in every class in a fun and challenging environment!
Class curriculum includes: Obstacle course training (for strength, reflex reactions and agility). Ninja training (for “parkour” style flips, rolls, vaults) and tumbling!
All terms throughout the school year are 8 weeks long.
